Travel and Venue FAQ
Delhi-NCR is the confirmed planning region, but the specific venue has not been announced. This matters for travel planning: booking hotels or transport around an assumed stadium is risky until the official venue notice lands.
| Travel Topic | Status | Planning Advice |
|---|---|---|
| Host region | Confirmed | Plan broadly around Delhi-NCR |
| Exact venue | Pending | Do not assume a specific stadium or arena |
| Metro / transport routes | Pending | Routes depend on final venue location |
| Hotels near venue | Pending | Book refundable rooms or wait for venue news |
| Entry gates and flow | Pending | Will follow official gate and security map |
Because the venue is not yet announced, choose refundable accommodation and flexible transport options for March 2027 until the organizers publish the exact location and access routes.
First-Time Festival Attendee Checklist
If this is your first large K-pop festival, prepare across three phases: before purchase, before travel, and on event day.
Essential Prep Before the Festival:
- Ticket confirmation saved on phone and email
- Government-issued photo ID matching booking details
- Power bank, phone charger, and offline venue map
- Weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes
- Cash plus a working digital payment method

Arrive early for security screening, keep your ID and ticket ready before the gate, agree on a meeting point with your group, and confirm your return transport before leaving the venue area.
